    Re: Any NFL Fans ?

    Dolphins fan here.
As usual we found a way to lose - its going to be a long season. But until they actually fix the OL thats the way its going to be

as for the SB - usual suspects - Pats, Chargers, Ravens, Colts. Steelers are a possiblilty. Can't see any of the NFC teams winning.

What do you watch the games on?

another 'fins' fan always good! well the fact ive found another one, not the sorry state the team is in these days!

Sad to see Culpepper go, but he wasnt performing yeah he was injured, but even so it didnt feel like we gave him a chance!

Still love our D though Although we need to replace them soon, cause there getting on a bit, Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas arnt getting any younger!

Oakland Fan here & have been for over 20 Years - I'm hoping Lane Kiffin will turn things around but not a good start against Detroit last night though.

Never write off the Patriots (AFC) vs Bears/Eagles/Saints SBXXXXII

Usually on SkySports. The opening weekend started at 20.00 iirc and went through till the very early hours. Showed about 4 or 5 games. I think NASN also show NFL. Shame they are both on subscription services though

Monday noght football with Nicky Horne on Ch. 4 rocked.

Raiders have agreed a contact with JaMarcus Russell finally! Won't help this season but at least there's hope for next.

I was lucky enough to get some - but the process was a real pain - it took hours as you had to log in and wait for the queue system to offer you seats. It gave an approx wait time (eg 1hr) but if it was quicker than that you lost your place in the queue as you had only 5 mins to purchase them once they had come up. This happened to me as I was at work when they went on sale so had to go through it about 3 times

There is a slim chance that I may have spare tickets - as a mate might have to work that weekend (although my brother has already asked for first refusal on them).
It might even be a close game as the Giants look pretty bad aswell.

if in the rare event you do have a spare ticket and your brother doesnt want them, can I have second refusal? Btw what pricing did you go for?

About time too! I'm pinning my hopes on him being a franchise QB of the ilk of Elway/Marino/Kelly/Tarkenton/Fouts/Aikman & getting into Canton in about 20 years time with enough SB rings to fit on one hand

That's fine. Mid price range tickets around the 30 yard line I think.

I wouldn't get your hopes up - few junior qb's turn out to be good let alone HOF calibre. With the qb's we've had since Marino retired even the 37yr old Trent Green seems good. But even Marino would struggle behind our oline.

yeah its a sad state of affairs, but what ive seen of trent green in the past, he seems pretty decent, and as long as we can keep more of the team healthy this year, then maybe we can see more success

Oh btw wats happening with ricky williams these days?
    Miami, Canada, Stoned, Sober?!

All jokes aside he was an awesome player, shame about everything else tbh.

Wouldn't say a fan, but I watch on channel 5 quite a bit, and follow the Patriots.
