I realise I'm a little late to the party, but I've just done my initial test and managed 13 push ups.
Epic fails if you are a man. Crunches are standard, but if you want strong and defined abs simply do compound exercises plus a couple of direct abs exercises from this list:
renegade rows
ab roll outs
Double Get Up Sit Up
reverse crunches
turkish get ups (not directly for the abs but still worth mentioning)
Warning these exercises are for men only.
Also the main thing about visible abs is body fat. A wise old saying goes:
"a six pack is made in the kitchen, not the gym"

I'm back on this, on week 4 at the moment, but I will repeat week 3 again as it wasn't complete.
I am still doing this, although my time between workouts varies - my profile.
I haven't started this programme but I know I can do 35 after which I collapse... Has anyone ever managed to reach 100 as it must be blooming hard!
An Atlantean Triumvirate, Ghosts of the Past, The Centre Cannot Hold

My books are available here for Amazon Kindle. Feedback always welcome!
Squat and deadlift heavy to build a strong core then do weighted crunches if you feel you need to isolate abs further, heavy squats and deads will build your abs much faster than crunches ever would..
Doesn't matter if you're over ~12% bodyfat anyway otherwise you won't see them
Am gonna give this a go! used to do 90 a night before I went to Uni, that was 20 years ago though & put on a good few stone since then
