Looks awesome Shame it's over 500 miles from me, guess I won't be paying a visit.
Does that cable car run from the bottom to top of the course?

I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
Never mind if you can't make it, if I manage down i'll take plenty of pics if I can get near the action - seems pretty popular as it's the world cup. That cable cars go to the top of the hill I think, what you are looking at in essence is the Fort William ski centre. Last time I was down there I was going to take a trip up but was short of time and had to give it a miss.
Ahh fort william, the nevis range, I remember seeing folks hurtling down that as I was heading up in the cable car, certainly looks scary. I'll wait till the other runs are all finished.
So I cleaned my bike for a change - and since the weathers nice, took the guards off to see what it looks like. It's never been naked before!
Looks good, I must get round to cleaning mine as well .
some pics taken by kid at Fort William last sat/sun.
Was out riding today on the south coast near Poole, just worked out I covered over 60km
Here's a couple of pictures I took, firstly at the coast near Swanage (Old Harry Rocks):
And a shot of Corfe Castle also featuring my bike

Google has issued a 'Warning Report' of 'BADWARE' on certain parts of 'Mountain Bike World Cup site' held at Fort William a couple of weeks ago . I put in a link to this 'event' in this thread about a month ago . I will try and edit out 'said link' .
my scott octane frame died last week end going over a speed bump couldn't believe it am now sharing a bike with the missus,
Although not as bad as it sound added my disc brakes xt levers and shifter and my wheels to her kona shred frame and then finished it off with my 2001 Junior T's so her bike is awesome now.
Had to ditch her seat too it was one of those horribly girly ones.
worst off i decided the day before it broke to replace my fox dirtpaw 07 gloves with some 09's and now no bike.
those are smallblockeights you were right
i dont like them i dont find them sticky enough, how ever they are great on concrete just not so on gravel.
i got a good question for all you here
What is the best way off cleaning the disks and pads? to combat brake fade? mine are covered with brake fluid after a accident and other rubbish dont work very well anymore
New bits on the bike today. Uber thanks to my mate Doll who kindly gave up his Sunday afternoon to show me how the bits go on heh!
New SLX cassette, new KMC chain, new Merlin CNC ally chainset, new Aztec/Hope floating discs, new Deore rear hub (cor what a job that was). New chainset was my fav, the difference in weight is huge.
Just ordered some new grips, SPDs, and shoes.
New 2010 Pallisades Trail - had it fitted with road tyres for now as i need to get a bit fitter before tackling our rather large hills once more
