    Wtf?!

    I've found I'm well over 14 n a half stone yet nothing has changed, I'm still eatting the same, still doing the same activity wise yet I seem to have picked up about a stone in weight.

    There some way to dump (not litterally ) this excess I've "found"?

    Either your metabolism has become more efficient, or your non-concsious activity has decreased, both come with age. Seeing as you can do nothing about either of them, you have to compensate by eating fewer calories and/or burning more off in concsious activity.

    Bit of both is probably the way to go, tbh I have just come back from holiday so even tho I was walking around more I was probably over eatting..

    I had a shock a few weeks back and found I was tipping the scales at just over 15 stone. I'm now doing EA Sports Active on the Wii 2 days out of 3 and working on getting back to 12 stone...

    I've dropped about a stone and a half since without changing my diet too much (well, I cut down massively on beer which will definitely have helped)

    I dont really drink anymore tho, maybe one or 2 pints a month.

    Just sweat it out more - use a bin liner or sweat-suit if you have one - just remember to hydrate properly! I've lost 1/2 a stone in 4 weeks (although I've been wearing it with high intensity exercise)
