ahh no, don't stop! just cut down a lil and then go back to the correct amount when you feel cooler/better.

First 8 sets session and it definitely feels more like grinding and less like 'lol', but I shall not give up!
Did the third session of Week 5 on two days ago and the first session of Week 6 just now. Have everyone else just stopped or not bothering updating?
Stagnated around week 4. The heat and hayfever tablets aren't helping.
Yeah, it gets really hard from the end of the 3rd week. I doubt that I'll hit 100 in one go at the end of this week even if I manage Week 6. One issue is that I started dieting very aggressively since a week prior the start of this program, and I suspect that it is now a limiting factor to my muscle development.
Another belated update, I've completed Week 6 earlier this week as scheduled
On the down side, I doubt that I'll manage 100 pushups in one go for the time being.
On the plus side, my diet has stripped so much fat that my abs are as visible as ever
Just completed week 4, collapsed at 58 on the exhaustion test. Had a sneak peak at week 5 and feel ill.
