I am sure this was posted before, and odds are, I said I would go for it without specifying when. Well this month's Men's Health brought it up again, and I now pledge that starting from today, I'll train according to the program till I reach that goal. Let's see what my word is worth

Session 1: 11/12/9/9/9 *Note: I was originally going to go with the more aggressive version in Men's Health, but wasn't able to go beyond 9 for the last set (target was 13). So in the future, I will make do following the 3rd column in the website. 5 sets is hard for me as I am used to train in sets of 3.
