    Loosing weight is 70% diet, %30 gym. The same goes for trying to build muscle. Also dedication and being able to stick to your diet is a must!!!

    According to me that swimming,cycling and jogging work so good and
    effective for urgently reduce the weight......

    I think when you will start to sport, you muscles will growing, so, maybe you weight will be the same, if you want to be more fit, you can first change your nutrition. In the morning, carbohydrates, in the evening protein. And change your lifestyle, and you dont have t go to gym.

    If you want to just lose weight, then fine to diet and cardio - unfortunately you will lose muscle, too. Ideally you would want to preserve your muscle mass and only burn fat.

    To do this, you should lift heavy weights a couple of times per week, up your protein intake and ideally cut carbs down - and definitely lose the junk food!

    Also, someone mentioned losing 10kg in a few weeks. This is not possible, and even if it is, if you then start eating normally again it will pile back on. It is about entire lifestyle changes. A diet is only a temporary fix

    If you want to lose weight fast, i'd look up the keto diet. it's changes your body's source of energy to fat and you aren't allowed to eat any carbs. It's tough but guaranteed results.

    I find regular exercise is most effective, I really got in to cycling last year and it got to a point where I was going out every day and it made a massive difference. I also tried to cut back on drinking beer and eating fast food etc although I would probably say i still don’t have the healthiest diet.

    And then as soon as you start eating "normal" again, you put the weight back on so its somewhat pointless.

    Best way to start losing weight, if someone doesn't want to exercise is eat below your current calorie intake.

    If eating carbs, eat good carbs such as sweet potato, rice and such to give you energy.

    Another handy tip, eating 30g protein within 30 minutes of waking up (If anyone has read Tim Ferriss "The 4 Hour Body" this is the 30 in 30)

    One of the ways my brother gets his weight down is to cut out dairy/wheat/sugar/snacks for a month and then adds in some physical activity.
