    New training techniques

    Very interesting program this. Could it signal the end of the need for these expensive gyms.. (Sorry for spelling of techniques but can't seem to manage to edit title.) . (Edit -peterb -sorted!)

    It sound good exercise program , thanks for sharing it mate. I think gym is better option to build muscles and maintain fitness level high. Hope for more interesting suggestion.

    Yes Vilson I would agree that the gym would be much better for building muscles and general fitness. Interesting new concepts though.
