    Cool parkrun

    Does anyone do parkrun ?

I've been running them for about 2 years now, run about 70 and now I get involved run directing.

It's a free, timed 5k run, every Saturday, somewhere near you.

There are nearly 250 venues around the UK (more than 350 worldwide) with roughly 45,000 runners taking part (65k worldwide).

    Re: parkrun

Done one. It's a good idea, well implemented. I just prefer to run new trails rather than repeat the same one.

One can never stop saying Thank You
