Something I've only started to discover & learn about recently is that I have APT. Likely cause is the discovery of PC gaming and continuing with it for dacades...
My posture and balance have always been awful but now i know a cause I can set goals to work towards improving it.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this in the past, still has this and whether you have some tips on excercises, chairs to buy or anything else.
I'd like to get back into general fitness but would prefer to improve my APT first, as this restricts the type of excercises I can carry out.
