Just heard a rumour elastic bands are going to be added to the SNPs licensing list Far too dangerous.

Having been convicted for numerous drive-by twangings, as well as possession of no less than five No.33 elastic bands and a Snoopy Loop, I can confirm that these things are bloody, bloodily lethal!!

I tried a drive-by airgunning once, but after the first shot it took so long to break the barrel and the pellets were so fiddly, that by the time I'd reloaded we'd driven more than half a mile past the intended target!!
