Thanks... I know there are no shortcuts, but the video is good anyway.
Sorry, but I stopped watching 9 seconds in, when it claimed that one beer is equal to 7 slices of bread. Head-deskingly stupid. Anyone who knows anything about calorific values and food make up knows that.
A pint of normal beer is around 170kcals, 110 of which come from the alcohol. A slice of normal bread is around 90kcal, around 70kcal of which come from carbs.
105g of pure carb are about 420kcal. I'd love to know how they've managed to fit that into a 170kcal pint...
I'm sure the video isn't meant to be totally serious anyway, but when it goes quite that far off the rails in the first 10 seconds, I just can't bring myself to sit through any more...
Thanks for the share mate! means alot!
There is very good video about foods, and particular the fee to of fructose, here.
It is about 7 years old and is over an hour long, but anyone concerned about their health or weight might want to consider watching it

Don't mix carbs with proteins. Problem solved.
At least the video doesn't promise to help you lose weight by eating pills for the next month. People always look for easy ways to lose weight but there are none. It's just exercise and eating well.

It's a pretty funny film with some truth to it.
It's all in the consistency. It's the exercise you do regularly, day in and day out, even if you don't start out perfect.
It's also the portion control and be mindful of drinks that can get you over your calorie budget in just a single glass.
And when working out and hitting the gym on a regular basis is hard, it never hurts to have someone you look forward to running into. It helps.
It's over simplified, but I think the film is actually pretty right on about a few things.
That's pretty much the crux of losing weight.
4 steps burns about half a calorie - if that. Not gonna lose weight very fast with that.
Eat less
Do more
There you go, 2 steps..
While true to some extent (if you burn more calories than you put down), there are many reasons people's bodies just don't cooperate with that.
