Yup Rob, I have and still use it.
I've tried both - the Unflavoured & unsweetened one leaves an odd taste to it, didn't really find it enjoyable and quite sickly.
The vanilla one is much better, it hides the sweetness and the vanilla flavouring isn't overpowering.

I tend to have around 100G of the powder with about 500 - 550ML of water, I find this gives is a nice consistency and makes it more like a drink and less like a smoothie or milkshake. I did experiment with different amounts of water and found this suited me and I have one day a week where I have it with milk which makes it nice and creamy and when it tastes best.
I replace my breakfast with it as I struggle to eat first thing in the morning. I also find that Huel helps stop any cravings I have for rubbish food.
The only warning I can give is, for the first few days of drinking it, my bowls were a bit...loose. Might not be your experience but I certainly noticed more frequent loo visits.
