Hello,
I’m finally getting of my fat @ss and doing some exercise. I have always avoided it because I’m more of a sedentary type. But time comes when you can’t ignore the signs anymore. I have forgotten what my shoes look like when I wear them and that is a red flag for me. I’ve also just had a kid and want to be able to do things like take her down to the park without getting all red and blotchy in the face just getting out of my chair.
I’m going to do jogging and cycling to start, and work my way up to adding swimming into my regime when my body displacement won’t empty out the pool Anyways, as with anything I do, I need an element of technology to turn it into a bit more of a game and give me the incentive to push myself further. I’ve been looking into fitness trackers online and found a site that has Fitbit Flex 2 trackers fairly cheap - http://www.for-sale.com/fitbit-flex-wristband.
The reviews I read haven’t been stellar though. I think they’re a bit limited. Does anyone have any experience of using these or can anyone recommend an alternative that covers the activities I’m planning on doing?
Thanks in advance for any help.
