Do you know, everyone is into these memory foam mattresses at the moment, they are definitely flavour of the month. However, for the past couple of months I have been sleeping on a duck down mattress topper, which is literally strapped to my mattress. It is so soft and just absolutely wonderful, literally like sleeping on a cloud. They are also a lot more reasonable in price too!!

I never thought I would end up with a bad back but it's not been great since I had my first child. It could just be co-incidence but since sleeping on my new topper has really helped. By the way, doing yoga has also been beneficial - it's just finding the time that's tricky

I've bought a couple of Tempur pillows, and they rock - really, really good, the only trouble now is that they're showing up how knackered my mattress is..

I've looked at the Tempur mattresses, and they feel *very* good, only trouble now is justifying and saving the £1300 one would cost for my bed...

i tried a good few different Tempur but never found them that good/comfortable. I have a bad neck problem and found that just an ordinary pillow is fine, it all depends how u position it under your neck

It could be rather lonely on the floor, unless you can convince someone else it's the most comfortable option!!

Have you considered buy a memory foam mattress topper at a fraction of the cost of a whole new memory mattress? Afterall your body only indents inches into your bed.

Mind you, you'd still have to get a new mattress as you can't put a memory foam mattress topper onto a saggy mattress as it rather defeats the object of the benefits.... etc etc.....hmmmmmmm?

My sister sleeps on a memory foam mattress topper and absolutely loves it as it has helped her back no end. Her house is quite cold though. I must admit that most of the family has links to the bedding business so it's something we've been chatting about in the family just recently (as all the memory foam products recently launched). My sister has the Breathable memory foam mattress topper, see: Breathable Memory Foam Mattress Topper by The Fine Bedding CompanyURELIVINGCOLLECTION My parents tried the same one and my father found it too hot (doesn't usually sleep on a topper). I'm off to stay with my sister in a couple of weeks and wonder whether she will let me sleep on it for a night. I'm dying to see what all the hype is about!!!
