    Building neck muscle?

    Anybody got any good tips on builing neck muscle?

    Been googling but the tips/advise are pretty crap and not very descriptive.

    Aim for Trapezius work, heavy dumbell shrugs are good.

    However other "big" compound exercises will also help indirectly such as dead lifts but unless you are experinced please be careful!

    Other than that there is custom made neck slings and setups used by formula 1 drivers and such to build up the neck to counteract the G's when cornering.
    Anyone seen my opteron?

    i find bodybuilding.com really good it has video clips as well
