Any idea when the 64gb SSDs with SATA connection will be available to buy ?
Sandisk seem to be the brand that looks ready to ship these ... but I guess any of the others would do fine too.

Isn't Dell making them available as an option in some notebooks pretty soon? I guess they might be out to buy before the end of the year if that's the case.
Even so, they're going to be outrageously expensive for a while yet, probably not worth it at all unless you've got a lot of cash to throw around.

Just read about Samsung producing a 64GB SSD, unfortunately it didn't say how much, it did say that they will be sold to pc makers and not to end-users.
So, I reckon they will be available to us end-users about six-eight months after pc makers start shipping them in their pc/lt, prob be pricey though.
edit: Just read badgers post, and I appear to have repeated him, sorry.
Dell are offering 32gb ssd option now. no sign of 64

If system builders are going to be getting them I assume that a few of them will be popping up as OEM from some retailers so I expect them to be available sooner (for a rather high price)
