    Mounting a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" Bay

I have an Antec P182 and am looking to put one of these babies in it. However, given that it is a 2.5" drive I need something to mount it in the 3.5" bay, but can't seem to find brackets or a bay adaptor. Any ideas/recommendations? Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Jim.

Some external 2.5" enclosures seem to come with bay adaptors for 3.5" bays. For example:

    http://www.geek.com/icy-box-25-inch-...ive-enclosure/

That product can be found at scan here:

All you need is a simple metal bracket.

    Maplin do then: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...2&criteria=2.5

But you can probably get them a lot cheaper on the likes of eBay etc.

    here is another: http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_5420.html

The KustomPCs guys are really helpful. Postage on that shouldn't be killer either.

It's a shame that Scan aren't so good when it comes to little accessories like this.

That wouldn't work with the SSD mentioned though.
