im planning on buying this ssd heres a link to it on scan:

has anyone got this ssd ? and if you do,how would you rate its performance or does it have any bugs or problems
(im asking this because there are practically no reviews on this drive)

I'm still undecided on buying an SSD. The Crucial C300 64GB looks a good bet.

TBH, I would not buy that drive because the figures do not look that good " up to 125MB/s Read" My Samsung HDD's do that and a bit more.
If you wait a bit until the new drives come out the prices for the older tech will drop (hopefully).
the older tech is more expensive to manufacture than the new tech (in the case of ssd), u dont really measure performance of an ssd on the speeds its rated atQuote:

OK, The random read/writes are better than a standard HDD but, I would want to buy something with better figures for that £/GB figure. You might as well pay a bit more and get the Crucial C300 64GB.
At the end of the day, You pay your money - you take your choice.
Sequential read / write isn't the point of an SSD though, it's the negligible access times and relatively high random read & write performance that make a computer feel more generally responsive. And even the cheapest SSD will leave a mechnical HD in its dust as far as random performance goes. You appear to be completely missing the point of an SSD, frankly.
