Aye there is, but when I could tell personally my drive hadn't been TRIM'd and the speed dropped from responsiveness too fast'ish, I will make sure all my future SSD drives are based on performance.

I agree with you too but, It depends on what the individual wants and in this case it is a good 'bang for buck' drive with a compromise between speed and capacity too.
What I did find when I bought the SSD is there is little in the way of good guides on how to set them up for the best performance and the info that is available does not work for all drives. I read a guide on the OCZ site and then found that sanitary erase did not work on the drive giving an error code - I later found out that the 'sanitary erase' software does not work on Sandforce controlled drives and that I should have used HDDerase.
I have finally got the drive set up properly and got it all working as it should.
