i diddnt bother disconnecting my other 5 hdd's. i just enabled achi, booted into windows 7 disk. BAM delete previous windows os parition, and selected the ocz vantex partition and BAM.

whats the benifit of removing all other hdd's?

I believe to ensure that the installtion process is simpler when W7 is pointed at the single drive, but not sure TBH. That's why I asked that question in the OCZ forum.

Its a bti vague. no one states why you have to unplug your hdd's. what is Intel RST drivers ?

They're supposed to increase performance of your SSD, as well as simplifying RAID.

Don't use blue tac, get some double sided sticky pads, will work better.

yea the question wasnt about whether it supports sata 3gb, i was a question about RST

So ye sit supports it then. i reinstalled windows again last night this time by disconnecting all other hdd's i just got to instal that RST thingy and disable hibernate and make sure TRIM is on?
