Most of the reviews test these drives more or less empty or even without Trim enabled. This is why in another thread on Hexus another forum member was confused why their OCZ RevoDrive seemed to show lower performance than in many reviews. It turns out a review which had Trim enabled showed similar performance to what he saw when he tested the drive.

Might need to use double sided sticky pads to fit it into his case, if it comes with no brackets.. mine had no brackets, my mate's did have brackets. Makes no difference though.. it's tiny.
It's a total experience to have an SSD... it's like lightning.
Do that.. get that drive.. it'll be rock solid.. he'll love it.. it's a great all rounder.. and you'll want one afterwards :)
especially when you do Windows udates or virus scans.. it's UBER!
