Corsair Performance Pro SSD.
Although I own a Corsair Force3 SSD (and I have had absolutely no problems with it - fingers crossed!)
I would still recommend the Crucial M4, due to their reputation at being the most reliable of the SSD's.
I purchased the Corsair instead, due to an offer at the time. But now would definitely pick the Crucial as the prices have now dropped since I bought mine.
Corsair Force GT!
I honestly can't believe how fast it is.
While I'm playing BF3, 8 times out of 10 I'll be the first person in.
Whichever of these 3 is cheapest:
Corsair Performance Pro, Crucial m4, Kingston Hyperx SSDnow.
Been looking at this one as well and my 2 choices have come down to Corsair Force GT 120gb and the Crucial M4 120gb. Still some research needed on this one though.
Speed versus Stability. Stability is winning at the moment.
Go for the M4, it has 8GB more at 128GB!
That isn't entirely true..
The Corsair Force GT has 128GB of Flash inside the SSD, but only 120GB is usable. The other 8GB is redundant and there for block failures.
The Crucial M4 has 128GB of usable flash, although I'm not sure if there's any redundant Flash for block failures.
Yeah Crucial decided not to use any spare area but spare area can be used for performance, it doesn't always just sit unused, but the Crucial M4 copes very well without: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...00,2908-4.html
