Just wondering if it's worth upgrading to a Samsung 830 256GB from an Intel 80GB X25-M?

I've had my X25-M (2nd gen) for over 2 yrs now and was thinking of grabbing a 256GB sammy drive especially since there's £20 cashback at the moment.

Would there be any big improvement in terms of load times, boot/shutdown speed?

At the moment, 80GB is just fine for me so the storage increase is just a bonus.
