Definitely get the single drive. Outside benchmarks, RAID0 with SSDs does not have as much of a noticeable impact as in HDDs. Plus, as others have mentioned, many SSDs lose their trim support when RAID0 is used.

IMO I wouldn't both with Raid once you have an SSD, fast enough
