    Thanks for the help guys - picked up a Samsung 840 Pro 128GB yesterday at Scan - the thing flies.

    I'll try a secure erase on the F60 and try it in my MediaPC for a while, if it fails again then I'll try the Corsair warranty (which is 3 years).

    Most of the time SATA cable is the main reason for this kind of problem.

    My sata cache drive gets weird if spread spectrum is enabled as well as a couple of my HDs.
