Question Best SSD for home/office use!

Hello everyone! It's a week that I'm trying to choose which SSD to buy for a new computer. But every time I choose one happens to find a negative feedback, (for example that will not start, that break after a week, actual speeds are other than declared by the manufacturer) and then I become less and less sure about the purchase. However, my search has stopped on three products: SSDNowV300 Kingston 240GB or a 256GB Crucial MX100 always or a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB . What would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

PS: Because it will be a pc office the configuration, psu, mb, ram and cpu will:
    Vultech 500W
    Asrock H81M-HDS
    Intel Pentium G3420
    Crucial 8GB (1x8GB 1600Mhz)

    Hi
Actual SSD speeds (as declared by manufacturer) You can see on fresh (new) disk - after a week of use they may be different. In some cases (depending on your tasks) hybrid disk may be the best solution
At office I use Plextor M5Pro 256GB (over 6 months), at home - Corsair GTX 240GB (over 2 years)

    Well...
If You want - You can choose Seagate SSHD. But it has only 8GB MLC NAND SSD part designed to cache the most frequently accessed data to speed up the operating system and frequently used applications

There is another solution on the hybrid storage market to meet your needs (i think) - WD Black² (2.5-inch Dual Drive, 120GB SSD+1TB HDD)

For a standard office PC, where most of your use is going to be a few key programs and the OS, the 8GB of flash memory is plenty, and the drive presents itself to the system as a single HDD of its capacity, so you just install the OS directly to it - the caching is all done in hardware. In fact, hybrid drives are perfect for general use and office PCs, where you get the storage capacity of a mechanical drive but the responsiveness of an SSD.

As others have said though, if a 250GB drive will be big enough then just pick whatever's cheapest. You're unlikely to write enough data to hit serious write amplification problems, modern drives will all have TRIM and garbage collection to reduce that anyway, and there's very little real world difference between SSDs under light usage conditions.

SSHDs are quite good from value point of view (extra capacity per £ spent). Go SeaGate or Toshiba.Avoid WD SSHDs!

As for SSDs,even the cheapest will do just fine. Sandisk or Crucial are the cheapest, quite reliable and performance wise near indistinguishable in an office environment. Avoid drives with Sand force controllers!

Unless you have a very specific requirement, all SSD drives are much of a muchness. You wont notice the 0.1second quicker loading time for excel.

Buy the cheapest / one that has 500+ heat on hotukdeals.
