    Odd that you've picked up one of the middle articles in the series. They've been running it for a while, so there are articles before and after. But the gist of it is certainly that SSD endurance isn't something to worry about.

    Kitguru have been doing a similar test with five OCZ ARC 100 SSDs...I think OCZ were keen to try & assuage the bad reputation for reliability they had following the Sandforce era:

    Excellent tests.
    While no need to worry I at least feel my efforts are not wasted by optimising my SSD with the OS installed on it, e.g. putting temp files and My Docs etc... onto a HDD, stuff that gets written to quite a bit but is mostly garbage.

    These are great test. Linus linked it on youtube and it was the old part of the test.

    Makes me think getting the largest SSD you can get is the best option - can't wait till the 2tb versions are affordable ha ha
