I imagine the clue was in two very similar user names, both on new accounts with virtually no post history, and immediately posting links to product websites. Fishier than a trawler's aquarium.

No worries - I was a bit suspicious at the outset and deleted the second post a while back. Resurrecting the thread made me look again - and in a bit more depth - with the result you now see. Most threads started by users who are found to be spammers are deleted so they are never seen, but as this ad attracted some replies submitted in good faith, I have left it in place (but closed)

See it is obvious in hindsight but I just looked at the OP, yeah I thought the second post was iffy & thought poor thing that's happened to me too (drives dying). But yeah looking at it objectively it was pretty obvious :mrgreen::vacant:
