5200 Pro iSCSI vs NAS performance.

    Hi,

I was wondering what kind of performance increase I would be likely to get if i accessed the box via iSCSI in comparison to normally NAS access over a drive mapping? Does anyone have any performance data they could post?

    TIA,

    David

The iSCSI is a network protocol allow use the SCSI protocol over TCP/IP networks, it is an application way for user in defference environment, thus performance will similary with as like SMB have no much difference, the spees depend on the environment difference around 20~50MB.
