    Boot problem

    Hello all

    I have a N5200Pro
If i turn on the machine it comes with "Self Testing..."
After a few seconds it changes to "Booting..."
After a while it gos back ro "Sefl Testing.." and hangs there.

I have no chance to do a default reset (by pressing the fron Button 10Sec.)
    Or ping the machine.

Does anyone have the same problem???

    How i can fix this.

    Firmware is: 1.00.08

    Thanks for tips.

    Regards Roger

    Boot problem

I try to update the firmware via usb stick with a factory_test.sh file and the bin Firmware on the stick, witch is FAT formated. I also try it with Stick FAT32 formated.

If i boot, the display shows only "Self Testin...", "Booting..." and after a while "Self Testing..."
    again.

    Nothing happens.

    Any Idea??

    Regards Roger

    RogerSt,
It basically means getting a returns code so you can return it for a replacement/repair.
