Last Resort: N5200 crash after crash

Had my n5200 running for 16 days straight, RAID 5, three 500gig drives- worked great.

I woke up two days ago to find the Thecus completely crashed. No web interface, no scrolling LCD messages.

I unplugged, rebooted, attempted to rebuild ARRAY - CRASH (about 0.5% during rebuild)

time after time after time, no matter what I tried. Uninstalled all modules, reset factory defaults. Took the one drives out and connected them to my comp and ran disk utilities on them.

I even purchased a fourth drive because I thought one of the original three was dying (despite passing all disk utility tests and no SMART errors).

Just installed the new drive and crashed during rebuild AGAIN.

The furthest I've managed to get the rebuild is about 51% before crash when he SSH'd his way into the thecus and rebuilt using command line.

Otherwise I typically don't get past 5% without crashing.

    I am BEYOND frustrated.
