    PRoblem with set-up of N5200

I have recently purchased 2 N5200 and am having problems setting up the second system. the first one set up ok as a 4 disk raid 5 but the 2nd drive won't play ball

When i try to set up the raid on the second drive it returns the initial "setting up the raid" screen with work done at 0.0% but then never updates it and disappears off the network, never to return(even after 24 hours). if rebooted the drive is visible at its correct IP address but will then disappear again as soon as I try to set up the raid. I am trying to set the drive up as a 3+ disk raid 1 for use as a backup device.

I have tried to set it us so far with either 2, 3 and 5 disks (raid 1) with no difference in the units behavior
