After firmware update Thecus N5200 won't boot

I have a N5200 working for a half year or so now (2 disks, raid 1) without any problem.

A few days ago I was trying to update N5200 firmware from version v1.00.05 to v1.00.08 (from Thecus home page). Process has stoped at 99% and after 1 hour I've done reboot of NAS.
Now device wont't boot. It says booting, self testing and then sit on some strange signs (HHHHHHHH).

I tried it without the drives in and also held the reset button in while booting with no luck.

I don't now what to do, please for help.

Re: After firmware update Thecus N5200 won't boot

    Dear Sir,

If we see the "Self testing" on the LCD panel while booting, please email to support@thecus.com and incuded with this thread or link, and we will mail a patch by USB to reloaidng firmware.

Once LCD doesn't show the "Self testing", we need contact with your reseller for RMA service.....
