We have recently purchased a N52000PRO which has been configured for iSCSI access via Windows XP clients running within a W2K3 domain.
The clients are experiencing frequent loss of connectivity with the N5200PRO even though the device is still visible via a ping on the network and accessible via the web interface. The only was to re-establish client connections is to reboot the N5200PRO. When trying to perform a reboot via the web interface, this appears not to work as the up-time within the Status section of the web interface remains the same. A physical power off is required to achieve this.
Another strange effect we are experiencing is when viewing the configuration via the web interface, the LAN and WAN IP details appear to have reverted to factory defaults even though the device is manageable via the IP address we have allocated.
Any clues or assistance would be appreciated.
