Dear Sir,
Does the 10MB means data transfer speed or the network connection status?
If means the data transfer, please try connect to PC directly and than copy a hugh single file to test the speed, also we could see the connection status from PC too.
Yvon.
What interface speed do you use? 100 Mbit or 1000 Mbit?
For 100 Mbit, 10 MB/s is the maximum.

Hi dear,
Yvon: I mean both the data connection and transfer speed. I have the problem only on WAN side and this is very strange ...the 2 nic are the same
omega: Sorry I wrote in the wrong manner. I mean 10Mb and so 1MB of transfer rate. I'm using a 100Mb switch.

So you mean you're running a 100 MBit/s network and get only 1 MB/s data transfer speed?
And on one network interface it does work (it is speedy) and on the other (WAN) interface is doesn't work?
BTW: what device are you using (N5200, N2100, ...)?
Especially on 100 MBit networks autonegotiation is sometimes making real troubles and causing issues like this. Please check the network card settings and disable autonegotiation.
Did you configure jumbo frames or something like that?
If you have SSH access to your device, check the network error rates using the comand "ifconfig eth0" or "ifconfig eth1".
You might want to use the IPERF module which allows to make network throughput tests. The module is available here: http://onbeat.dk/thecus/index.php/N5200_Module:_IPERF

Hi Omega I'm running on a 100Mb switch connected to WAN.
But looking the the LED I understand tha I have a 10Mb connection.
And consenquently I have very slow transfer rate on WAN.
If O connect the same cable with the same switch port on LAN side of my N5200BR-PRO I connect to 100Mb and the transfer rate is normal ( ~ 8MB ).
No jumbo frames and the switch autonegotiate fine till today.
Is possible I will install IPERF modules but I've already donethe test by host side...
And everything works good on LAN side....but not on WAN side.
