    Unhappy Problem with my N2100

    I just bought a Thecus N2100 for a project that I am working on. After setting and connecting the device to my network I was ready to start using my N2100. The problem, in less than 20 minutes the device shut itself off for no apparent reason. I restarted the device and logged into the control panel to check the system log and found no errors. Twenty minutes later, another restart. Note that I have not been able to use the device for nothing other than setup and configuration, so the CPU load is 0%. I tired increasing the fan speed but that did nothing. What is causing this problem and how can I fix it?

    Device Specs:
    Thecus N2100
    Firmware Version 2.1.06

    Hard Drive - Samsung HD501LJ 500GB

    Dear Sir,

    If this N2100 restart or shutdown without any reason or accessing, please verify all compent was installed fixed or power supply is 12V 5A, or install the HDD on PC for test, if everything is correct but N2100 abnormal from itself, please contact with your reseller replace a new one.

    I tested the hard drive that I used with the NAS in one of my USB external bays and it works perfectly. Also, the online retailer who sold me the NAS has a 30 return/exchange policy. It past 30 days and the NAS is not functioning correctly. Please advise me of any way to get this problem fixed.
