    4100+ print queue won't delete

    Hello,
I have a 4100+ with a Windows XP Home machine. ATtached is a HP LaserJet 1200 printer, which luckily is one of the 8 supported printers.
Somehow the print queue is 'stuck', and pressing the "remove all documents" brings me to a blank html screen, but does nothing. Trying to delete the queued documents in the printer queue list on the Windows computer gives an "access denied" error.
    -- rebooting 4100+ doesn't help
-- rebooting the computer doesn't help
-- disconnecting/reconnecting printer does not help
-- rebooting printer does not help
And when I put a different printer on the 4100+ the same queue is there, so I know it isn't the printer. And if I connect my Mac, the print job stops - so I know the holdup is on the server somewhere.

    Help?
