    Quark Xpress Files and 5200pro

Hi Guys, I'm using my 5200Pro in a Mac network and all connecting with AFP, when I copy a folder containing various different file formats all my Quakr Xpress Documents loose their icon and it says they are Unix Executable Files, anyone shed any light on this. My other files such as Fonts and InDesign files are all fine.

Re: Quark Xpress Files and 5200pro

    Hi Chris

If the files are from a cd or backup or from a server with a different file system,
I had a similar problem when I first started using the 5200.

Quick fix is to add .qxd to the filename.

If you create a quark file and save back to the 5200 it shud be ok.
