RAID configuration is lost on a N4100 - HELP!!!!

Hello,
I was the happy owner of a Thecus N4100 until end of last week where my Thecus simply lost the whole RAID config.
I was running a RAID5 configuration with 4x500GB Hitachi drives.
What happened is the following: The thecus started to beep, I went on the web interface and found out that the RAID status was "damaged". I tried to do a reboot, just to be sure that the problem won't be solved by itself doing a reboot and when the system went back online, the Raid configuration was gone
Everything in the RAID config page is now set to "N/A"
The data must still be there because I didn't touch any thing, I didn't try to rebuild the RAID, the disks status are OK.
I just cannot afford to loose all my family pictures and personal data.
There was only 40GB left on the system. I really hope someone will be able to help me out to recover my files

A BIG THANKS to Thecus support team who helped retrieve my data back!!!!
After a few email exchange, I gave them access to my device and within less than an hour it was fixed!
It all happend after two hard drives failures, so I started doing the backup of my data and I will probably need to get new hard drives quickly.
Once again, THANK YOU Thecus guys (Yvon) who helped me retrieve access to my files!

I had the same problem in N4100 this morning.
The RAID got lost but the 4 HD are fine.

Where should I mail the conf.bin to?

BTW, we didn't do any rebuild to setup RAID 5, and I think the data is safe now.
We'll be very appreciated if the important data can be rescued.
Four HDs are all WDC WD5000KS-00M, and the HD firmware version is 07.0.

Received a couple of emails from Thecus, and sent my config file, but haven't heard anything in a while. My status is still "Open" and my priority is "Medium." I'm a little worried... Yvon, help! I'll bake you a tray of cookies and mail them to you, I swear it.
