Vista iSCSI initator not reconnecting after reboot

I have a N5200 Pro and I have successfully connected to the iSCSI share and formatted the disk with NTFS but every time I reboot Vista fails to reconnect and the status just hangs at "Reconnecting". The iSCSI volume is set to basic disk and I've configured the drive in "Volumes and Devices" (the same as binding the drive in XP). Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

I have configured in similar fashion using Vista and it is working great for me. Did you select MSCHAP or any other security options? (I did not).

Also, verify that when you set up the target you selected to autoconnect option.

I would delete the existing target and set it up again to see if it still fails as the feature is definately working great for me (extremely fast disk access, wish I made the iSCSI disk larger when I set up the initial configuration).

I have narrowed the problem down to the Microsoft One Care Firewall. When I disable the firewall everything works fine.
