What SMTP server do you use for your notifcation?

I was using a comcast server I found somewhere but I lost my settings with last update/reinstall of my Thecus...

Anyone have an address I can use?

mine is optonline but I can't get it to work. I've tried all the settings! I think its because the ISP thinks its a relay or something...
