    Question Access Problem to N5200

I bought an N5200 and loaded three 1GB drives. Using a Mac, I was able to configure it on my network and copy files. I am not able to access it at all from my PC running Windows XP. I intended to use it to backup both machines. I read the "user manual" which was minimal help and need more of a how to connect to a PC. I do not want to reconfigure the network to use the default settings, but somehow, it is not open to me. I reported this to Thecus support over a month ago and got an answer that was not even related to my question and not a single response since. I'm not a system administrator, just a person with a lot of big files from our digital video camera that I want to save.
