N5200 crashes / freezes and forgets config

Hi,

i have a N5200 (not Pro) with 5x750GB FW 1.0.8
It has been running perfectly for the last 6 Months, no crash, no problem, easy RAID Expansion and all.

2 Weeks ago, the crashes started with one complete freeze (not even the LCD changed anymore).
After Hard-Reboot, System runs 8-36 hours and then crashes (no freeze of LCD).
I cant access WEB, FTP or SMB.

It also does not keep Users for some reason. If i set a new user and it crahes, its gone.

After the last crash (10 minutes ago) it does not even show the Modules button.

Should I upgrade to FW 2.0?

Harddrives are all fine, no info in Thecus about errors. Haven't lost any data either.

Help is very much appreciated.

Dear Sir,

Please try to update firmware to V2.00.01, and than please mail the CONF.BIN to suppor@theucs.com for us analysis: SYSTEM->CONFIG MGMT->DOWNLOAD

Once can't uplaoding firmware at all, please also proivde the CONF.BIN for us too.

I tried to update, but the update keeps failing.
What do i do next?
Can I flash the Thecus from a USB Stick?

Ok. i tried it 2 more times, just like it said in the manual, until the browser would not let me back to the "flashing" screen. I could not access the thecus from the browser anymore.
i restarted the thecus, since i figured it creshed so early in the update process that it could not possibly have uploaded the entire file already.

It boots with firmware 2.00.01 in the LCD, tells me something about Disk Status and [... healthy].
I can access the raid via SMB, but not via browser anymore. Browser cant find the Thecus.

Any suggestions? can i re-flash the thing correctly some other way (USB?)
What do i need for that? Is it gonna fail again? Is there a way to tell beforehand?

Is there a german customer service i can contact that can go through this with me?
