N5200 Firmware Upgrade Filing

I have just tried upgrading 2 Thecus N5200 devices with the latest versions of Firmware 2.00.01 from 1.00.00.2a.

When I try to upgrade i get the mesage Upgrade failed. I have had this on 2 devices with the same original firmware. I tried re-downloading the firmware files from Thecus website but still the same issues.

has anyone else had these issues and how did you get round them.
