Fix for the print server for N4100+ (Disk spin down)

Install as a module, the thecus will say installation failed (don't worry, it worked)
disable the print server
enable the print server
now the disks should spin down (if they normally would without the print server)



Tested with 1.0.02, to undo the fix remove and reinstall the PrinterServer module.

All it does is overwrite cupsd.conf with a corrected version.

Ok, nice forum, stripping addresses out without warning!

note the filename is apparently case sensitive so paste the address into the browse.

I have opened a ticket about this too, and attached a config file that fixes the spindown issue.
