Calling Thecus N5200 owner

I see from the link below (point 20), that some characters are not allowed. I can understand most of them, but the square brackets and the = +. I didn't see any mention in the manual I downloaded. Is this true? or am I missing something? or is this just the none pro versions?

Dear Sir,

The user's manual would update by season or year, the informaion in user's manual won't up to date in sometimes, thus why we via firmware release note included with latest information or limitation about N5200 for users know.
