N299 smb/cif broken

Now unable to activate smb/cif, only trying to access so I can transfer a few files before it gets returned. Every time I try to enable smb/cif in the web app it just gets stuck on starting screen?

Any ideas?

Dear Steele,

1. If this N299 RAID create since V1.00.10, please tyr to recreate a RAID since V1.00.15 or above.
2. Please load the factory default and try.
3. Please mail the CONF.BIN for us analysis possible reason from SYSTEM->CONFIG MGMT->DOWNLOAD.
