    can't mount data lvm

    Hi everyone,

    I have a N5200 pro 2.00.01 with 4 x seagate 750 go in raid 5. Last night i added a

This morning when i wake up the RAID is gone, no data, no directory, everything is gone.
I don't have any backup for this data.

    Hi,

I filed a ticket to Thecus Support already a week ago, but did not get any response yet from Thecus Support. How long does it normally take they get in touch?

I bought this thecus to have more reliable access to the data, but I can't access my data for already a week! What can I do to get the recovery process going?

Thecus, Yvon, please answer my support ticket !!

    Hi,

This forum seems to be more responsive. I provided Thecus with various information and we had some conversion about it. However, after giving my last responses, support turn silent. Could someone at Thecus please continue working on my issue? I don't have access to my data for 3 week now and have to work with a locally restored backup.

Aye, the forum is silent as well. The N5200 is now inoperable for about than a month. I spend more than € 1200,- on this whole setup, to have my data save, but maybe my data was more available when i just put some extra drives in my desktop :-(

    Thecus Support, please HELP!!

I now consider taking my loss. The main data can be restored from a backup, but I'll have to rip all my DVDs again :-(, . That will take me weeks. However, if I started on that when the crash occured (4 weeks now), I would have been finished now!

    Thecus Support, please HELP!!
