N3200 hangs with beeping sound

I just installed a new N3200 with 3 X Hitachi 750GB drive and updated the firmware to 1.0 from the website.

It ran for three days without a problem and I was able to use it to store 700GB of files from another crashed disk and then it happened... it says "System No Response" and hung with a continuous beep.

Tried rebooting the N3200 and the system just will not boot but just the continuous beep.

What can I do ? I have files in there that I need.

Can I reset it somehow without deleting the data on it ?

Dear Sir,

N3200 support disk roaming which means we could plug the HDD on ohter N3200 and working, thus please contact with your reseller for RMA service or replacement.
